Delhi HC orders Wikipedia to remove defamatory content on ANI

The Delhi High Court passed an interim order asking Wikimedia Foundation, parent company of Wikipedia, to remove alleged defamatory content on the website about news agency ANI. "The impugned statements are...defamatory and tarnish the professional reputation of [ANI]," the court stated. ANI had sued Wikimedia citing a Wikipedia description which labelled it as government's propaganda tool.
