Delhi HC quotes Rig Veda, Oscar Wilde as it releases murder convict jailed for 20 years

Delhi High Court ordered immediate release of a murder convict who spent over 20 years in prison, ruling that authorities repeatedly rejected his plea for premature release without genuinely reconsidering it. Justice Girish Kathpalia began the judgment with a prayer from Rig Veda. He also invoked Oscar Wilde's words, "No saint is without a past...no sinner is without a future."
