Delhi HC records Moitra's vow to delete anti-Dubey tweet

Delhi High Court recorded undertakings from TMC MP Mahua Moitra and ex-Finance Secretary Subhash Chandra Garg in BJP MP Nishikant Dubey's civil defamation suit. Moitra agreed to delete a tweet mocking Dubey, while Garg agreed to seek removal of a podcast remark labelling him a 'blackmailer'. The court also issued formal summons to both.
