Delhi HC refuses to stay SC/ST probe against journalists

Delhi High Court declined to stay the investigation under the SC/ST Act against journalists Rosy and Gajendra Singh. The FIR was filed by ACP Vivek Bhagat, who alleged casteist remarks and obstruction during an October 3 protest at Jantar Mantar. Rosy had separately accused the ACP of inappropriate conduct during the same incident.
