Delhi HC rejects plea against Twitter over IT Rules non-compliance

The Delhi High Court has disposed of a plea against Twitter India for not complying with the recently implemented IT Rules. Justice Rekha Palli took note of the Centre's affidavit that expressed satisfaction with the platform's compliance, adding that it had appointed Chief Compliance Officer, Nodal Contact Person and Resident Grievance Officer.
