Delhi HC rejects plea seeking Indian National Army memorial at Red Fort

The Delhi HC has rejected a petition seeking to build an Indian National Army memorial at the Red Fort, saying it could not direct the government to allot land for such a purpose. The court added that establishing a memorial was not linked to any legal right. Notably, the National War Memorial is near India Gate in Delhi.
