Delhi HC seeks Centre's response on plea filed by 2006 Mumbai blast convict

Delhi High Court on Wednesday sought a response from the Centre on a plea filed by 2006 Mumbai train blast case convict, Ehtesham Qutubuddin Siddique. The convict has challenged a Central Information Commission order. Siddique, in his RTI, has sought a copy of the Intelligence Bureau report placed before the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2009 for review of evidence.
