Delhi HC seeks report on Yasin Malik's absence from hearing

The Delhi High Court sought a report from Tihar Jail superintendent after Kashmiri separatist Yasin Malik failed to appear via video conferencing during NIA's appeal seeking enhancement of his life sentence to death penalty in a terror funding case. The court ordered Malik be produced virtually at the next hearing.
