Delhi HC seeks Tihar Jail reply to Sharjeel's request for PhD material

The Delhi High Court on Monday sought a response from the Tihar Jail on a petition filed by Sharjeel Imam seeking permission to access research material to complete his PhD. The petition seeks permission to access 2,132 files and no access to the internet or WiFi. Imam was in the final year of his PhD when he was arrested.
