Delhi HC sets up special fast-track court for paper leak cases, judge Anu Grover Baliga to head

The Delhi High Court has designated a special fast-track court at Rouse Avenue Courts to exclusively hear criminal cases involving question paper leaks and unfair means in public examinations. Judge Anu Grover Baliga, currently serving as District Judge (Commercial)-04 in the South-East District, has been appointed Special Judge to preside over the court and ensure speedy trials of such offences.
