Delhi HC stays demolition of 50-year-old Shiva Shakti Temple

The Delhi High Court stayed a demolition notice issued by NBCC for the Shiva Shakti Temple in Netaji Nagar, citing no prior show-cause notice. Justice Amit Mahajan granted the stay on October 13, after temple priest Sandeep Kumar Bhatia challenged the order. The next hearing is scheduled for November 23.
