Delhi HC stops FSSAI from cancelling ITC's food licence over '100%' claim

Delhi High Court stopped FSSAI from cancelling ITC Limited's food licence over its "100% Madhya Pradesh Wheat" and "0% Maida" claims on Aashirvaad MP Chakki Atta. FSSAI questioned Delhi HC's jurisdiction stating ITC received a notice from its Kolkata authority. ITC earlier received a show-cause notice for not complying with FSSAI's advisory to remove the claims from its products.
