Delhi HC suspends 126 websites misusing Jio trademark

The Delhi High Court directed domain registrars to suspend 126 websites using Reliance's 'Jio' trademark for lottery and gaming services. Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav passed the interim order on October 7, also directing Google to remove infringing content from Blogger. The court found websites prima facie qualified as 'rogue websites.' The matter is next listed for November 30.
