Delhi HC upholds 7-year jail for 5 men in 2020 riots death

The Delhi High Court upheld the conviction and seven-year jail term for five men found guilty in the death of 22-year-old Mohsin during the February 2020 north-east Delhi communal riots. Justice Madhu Jain dismissed their appeals, noting eyewitnesses placed them at the forefront of an armed mob that pursued and assaulted the victim near Chand Bagh.
