The 3rd Delhi International Film Festival, screening movies from 45 countries, took off on Saturday, at Connaught Place. About 250 films will be screened at the event, organised by The Social Circle. The festival was inaugurated by BJP's Delhi president, Satish Upadhyay. Besides movie-screenings, the event will showcase paintings of different artists and conduct seminars on cinema-related topics.
