Delhi man collapses on street, passerby steals phone; victim dies

A man collapsed on a road in Delhi’s Vikas Nagar area and later died allegedly due to a lack of timely medical treatment. CCTV footage showed two youths on a scooter stopping near the victim, with the pillion rider getting off to steal the mobile phone from his pocket before fleeing the scene instead of helping him.
