Delhi man dies after cluster bus hits his bike, then runs over him

A man died after a speeding cluster bus rammed his motorcycle from behind and ran over him in Delhi's Seelampur on Saturday. "[The victim] died on the spot. The driver...managed to escape. Locals called the police and reported the matter," police said. A case for causing death due to negligence and rash driving has been registered against the driver.
