Delhi man held for raping 7-yr-old, his dad helped kill her

A 21-year-old man and his father have been arrested for allegedly murdering a seven-year-old girl, who was found bound by a rope in Delhi on Sunday. The man had lured the girl with chips and sexually assaulted her, and his father caught him in the act and conspired with him to murder her.
