Delhi man slips into open drain, local form rescue team with cable

A man who fell into an open drain near Delhi's Mathura Road was rescued by locals using a discarded cable, reports stated. The incident occurred in Sarita Vihar when the man slipped from the footpath into the drain. Bystanders spotted him, lowered a cable into the drain, and pulled him out safely, video of which surfaced online, reports added.
