Delhi mandates bonus to outsourced workers ahead of festive season

The Delhi Labour Department has directed all government departments, autonomous bodies and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to ensure the payment of statutory bonuses to outsourced workers for 2025-26 by November 30, ahead of the forthcoming festive season. Bonus ranges from 8.33% to 20%. Any default by contractors in paying the statutory dues would attract penalties.
