Delhi Master Plan 2047 proposes air taxis to ease traffic congestion

Delhi Master Plan 2047 has proposed 'air taxis' and 'air pods' to improve connectivity and reduce traffic congestion in the national capital. The plan has also proposed an inland waterway system through the Yamuna River as a new form of transport. Notably, an earlier report had proposed a pilot air taxi corridor connecting Gurugram, Connaught Place and Noida International Airport.
