Delhi men drinking in Mercedes made police speak to someone on phone: Brigadier's wife on assault

After an Indian Army Brigadier and his son were assaulted for objecting to two men drinking in their Mercedes, Brigadier's wife said the men in car made the policeman who came to the site talk to someone on phone. She added the policeman then sat inside his PCR van and refused to help as goons attacked her husband and son.
