Delhi Metro upcycles 41 tonnes of old clothes into useful products
Delhi Metro's Arpan centres have upcycled more than 41 tonnes of old clothes collected from nearly 4,000 people since the initiative began last month. The old clothes are either sent for recycling or upcycled into products like rugs, bags and pouches by self-help groups and sold at the centres. The centres are operational at several metro stations across Delhi.
