Delhi model of development would be adopted in Punjab: Health Minister Balbir Singh

Balbir Singh, who took oath as Punjab's Health and Family Welfare Minister last week, said the Delhi model of development is popularised across the globe, and a similar one will be adopted in Punjab too. "It'll be my priority [that] the health programmes should be implemented at...grassroots to provide quality primary, secondary and tertiary healthcare facilities," he said.
