Delhi-NCR housing sales down 17% QoQ amid West Asia war: Report

Housing sales in Delhi-NCR are down 17% QoQ to nearly 16,000 units in the January-March period, due to the West Asia conflict, according to real estate consultant Anarock. The company's data showed that sales in Delhi-NCR increased 44% in January-March 2025. A 7% decline in sales has been witnessed across seven major cities during January-March period against the previous quarter.
