Delhi park where 17-yr-old girl was gangraped on her birthday had poor lighting, no CCTV or guard

Multiple security lapses have been reported at Delhi's Aastha Kunj Park where three men posing as policemen gangraped a 17-year-old girl on her birthday. The park reportedly has no CCTV cameras at its entry or exit gates and is poorly lit after dusk. Out of the seven entry gates at the park, only one reportedly has two security guards.
