Delhi Police Assistant Sub-Inspector beats stray dog, act caught on video

A video purportedly showing a Delhi Police Assistant Sub-Inspector thrashing a dog with a wooden stick in Northeast Delhi's Jafrabad on Monday has emerged online. Sanjay Sain, DCP (Northeast), said that ASI Ravinder hit the dog in self-defence as it had bitten him on his leg.
