Delhi Police Commissioner Golcha was planting saplings when order to replace him came

Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha was planting saplings at a Van Mahotsav plantation drive at the Ridge on Friday morning. By the time the drive got over, Ministry of Home Affairs announced that IPS officer Anurag Kumar would replace Golcha. This is the second time within a year that government has replaced Delhi Police Commissioner before the completion of tenure.
