Delhi Police head constable shoots labourer dead in Dwarka

Delhi Police head constable, Neeraj, allegedly opened fire, killing a labourer and injuring another in Dwarka's Jaffarpur Kalan, police said. They added that an argument broke out around 2 am over noise as the labourers were partying, leading to the incident. Police further said the constable, who was posted with the Special Cell, was drunk and is currently at large.
