Delhi Police moves HC against Tharoor's discharge in wife's death case

Delhi High Court has issued a notice to Congress MP Shashi Tharoor after Delhi Police appealed against the trial court's order discharging him in his wife Sunanda Pushkar's death case. The lawyer representing Tharoor objected to the 15-month delay in filing the review plea. However, the judge issued a notice on Delhi Police's application seeking condonation of delay.
