Delhi records cleanest air for this year as AQI drops to 59

Delhi on Saturday recorded its cleanest air for this year so far after the Air Quality Index (AQI) dropped to 59, according to the Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) bulletin. An AQI between 51 and 100 is considered to be 'satisfactory'. "Rain and wind helped in the dispersion of pollutants," an India Meteorological Department scientist said.
