Delhi records coolest April day in 11 years at 28.2°C
Delhi recorded its coldest April day in 11 years on Wednesday, with the maximum temperature at Safdarjung reaching 28.2°C, 6.9°C below normal. The city had previously seen the maximum temperature drop to 27.2°C on April 23, 2016. Safdarjung also recorded 6.4 mm of rain in 24 hours, the wettest spell since April 4, 2023, when 16.3 mm was recorded.
