Delhi records highest cases against foreigners among UTs in 2024

Delhi recorded 64 crimes against foreigners in 2024, the highest among all Union Territories, according to NCRB data. The figure rose from 63 cases in 2023 and 40 in 2022, showing steady increase. Across all UTs, 67 such cases were reported, with Delhi accounting for almost all of them. Delhi's chargesheeting rate stood at 46%, below national average of 68%.
