Delhi records over 1,900 new COVID cases for the first time since Dec 2020

Delhi has recorded 1,904 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours. This is the first time Delhi's daily cases have crossed the 1900-mark since December 2020. As many as six more have died of the virus there in the last 24 hours, taking the Union Territory's total death toll to 11,012. The national capital's cumulative COVID-19 caseload is 6,59,619.
