Delhi recorded its warmest May night in nearly 14 years as the minimum temperature settled at 32.4°C on Monday, according to IMD data. This was 5.7°C above what is normal for this time of year. The last time Delhi recorded a higher minimum temperature in May was on May 27, 2012, when the mercury stood at 34.2°C.
