Delhi reports over 700 fire incidents within 2 days amid Diwali

Delhi recorded over 700 fire incidents during Diwali celebrations, with fire services receiving 320 calls on October 31. The following day, November 1, saw a dramatic increase, with 400 calls logged, the highest number received in a single day. Delhi Fire Services Director Atul Garg stated that around 100 of these incidents involved fires in garbage areas.
