Delhi result a referendum on Kejriwal, not PM's policies: Congress

Congress on Saturday said the Delhi Assembly election result isn't a vindication of PM Narendra Modi's policies but a referendum on former CM Arvind Kejriwal and AAP. "After all, at the height of the PM's popularity in 2015 and 2020, AAP had won decisively in Delhi," Congress' Jairam Ramesh said. "We humbly accept the mandate of Delhi," Rahul Gandhi stated.
