Delhi's Barapullah Phase III flyover delayed, cost rises by ₹374 crore

The deadline of Delhi's Barapullah Phase III flyover -connecting Sarai Kale Khan to Mayur Vihar- has been pushed to 2027, officials said. The delay has resulted in project cost rising by ₹374.40 crore. The cost of project has increased from ₹1,260.63 crore to ₹1,635.03 crore. Notably, the project was approved in 2014 and was expected to be completed in 2017.
