Delhi's first transgender councillor quits AAP to join rebel IVP

Delhi's first transgender councillor, Bobi, has quit the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to join the newly formed front of 15 rebel AAP councillors, the Indraprastha Vikas Party (IVP), on Tuesday. The defection of the 40-year-old Bobi has now left the Aam Aadmi Party with only 97 councillors in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD).
