Delhi's landfills overflow as 44% waste goes unprocessed

Delhi generates over 1,386 tons of waste daily, with 44.16% left unprocessed and dumped into already overflowing landfills at Okhla, Bhalswa, and Ghazipur. In the past year alone, an additional 1,597 tons have accumulated, worsening the city's growing waste management crisis.
