Delhi's MPD-2047 sets framework for buildings over 100 floors

Delhi's notified Master Plan 2047 has created a framework for buildings exceeding 100 floors, potentially changing the capital's traditionally low-rise development model. Such towers will be treated as "landmark developments" and allowed only in suitable areas with adequate infrastructure. For the first time, MPD-2047 explicitly defines structures over 100 floors as "tall buildings".
