Delhi's temperature drops below 20℃ after wettest October day in 4 years

Heavy overnight rain and thunderstorms brought Delhi's minimum temperature down to 18.7°C on Monday, 2.3°C below normal and 5.7°C lower than Sunday. This was also the lowest temperature recorded so far this month. Notably, Monday was Delhi's wettest October day in four years, as the Safdarjung observatory logged 41.6 mm of rainfall in the 24 hours until 8.30 am.
