Delhi saw its coldest morning of the winter on Saturday, with temperatures plunging to 4.2 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department. The temperature broke the record of Friday morning, when the minimum temperature had dropped to 4.6 degrees Celsius. IMD has issued a yellow alert for today with cold day conditions at isolated places across Delhi-NCR.
