Delhi-based NGO Pawfriend.in has launched a project to protect stray dogs by distributing QR-based Aadhaar cards. The initiative began with 100 dogs tested across key locations in Delhi, including Terminal 1 airport and a local dog shelter. The QR codes provide important information about the dogs, such as their primary feeder or caretaker and emergency contact details.
