Delhi to get its own State Disaster Emergency Relief Force

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday announced that the administration has initiated the process to establish a State Disaster Emergency Relief Force in the capital. The CM office said, during a meeting with the senior NDRF officials, inputs were gathered for a state-of-the-art emergency relief force. This comes after a PG building collapsed in Delhi's Satya Niketan, killing seven.
