Delhi to use TB testing platforms for Hepatitis B, C diagnosis

Delhi Government plans to use existing Truenat molecular testing platforms under the National TB Elimination Programme to conduct viral load tests for Hepatitis B and C patients. With 85 platforms across the city, one per district will be earmarked initially. Over 2,500 Truenat chips each for both diseases have been requested for 2026–27.
