Delhi tops metro cities in dowry death cases: NCRB report

Delhi has recorded the highest number of dowry death cases among major metropolitan cities in the country, according to the National Crime Records Bureau report Crime in India 2024. The national capital registered 109 dowry death cases in 2024. Delhi has remained at the top of this grim list for the fifth consecutive year.
