Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board starts monitoring of night shelters

As the need for night shelters in the national capital grows, the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) has started community-based monitoring of its 195 night shelters and public restrooms, which are used by nearly 25 lakh people everyday. A centralised control room has also been established for complaints over the phone, WhatsApp, text messages, etc.
