Delhi very happy that it'll elect new govt on Feb 5: Manoj Tiwari

After the Election Commission of India announced the Delhi poll schedule, BJP MP Manoj Tiwari said, "The election is on a working day, so definitely more and more people will be able to vote." He added, "Delhi is very happy that [it] will elect their new government on February 5. [It] will relieve [Delhi people] from polluted air and water."
