Delhi woman who was dragged under car was fighting with friend, men seen with them detained

The manager of the hotel from where the Delhi woman who was dragged under a car and her friend were seen leaving, said the two were fighting. Delhi Police said they've detained some boys, who were seen with the girls at the hotel, for questioning. The boys had a separate room booked and staff saw them talking to the girl.
